DESCRIPTION:L’iniziativa di Insubrica Historica permette di rivivere un importante episodio della Seconda Guerra Mondiale nella regione del Locarnese. Il percorso segue il sentiero\, nei pressi del confine con Brissago\, usato tra il 1940 e il 1950 sia per il contrabbando di merci che come via di fuga per partigiani e profughi\, soprattutto ebrei in fuga dall’oppressione nazifascista. L’idea\, nata durante la mostra “Gente di Contrabbando” presso Villa San Quirico di Minusio (2021-2022)\, offre un’esperienza storica e riflessiva. \nIl percorso dura circa 4 ore\, coprendo 5 km con un dislivello di 273 m in salita e 68 m in discesa\, con un tratto particolarmente impegnativo. È richiesta l’adeguata attrezzatura da trekking (scarpe\, abbigliamento adatto alla classe T2/T3 in Svizzera o EE in Italia)\, un documento d’identità valido e una copertura assicurativa personale. \nPerché partecipare: per vivere un’esperienza autentica che unisce movimento\, cultura e convivialità.
